Shipping Policy

  • Processing and Shipping: All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and shipped after processing. COVID-19 has played a huge part in delayed shipping, so please be patient. On most orders, you should receive your order 3-5 days after processing. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. At this time, we will not be accepting returns for refunds; however, if you are not satisfied with your order and with limited exceptions, we will issue a credit to your account to exchange your clothing items. Items must be sent back within 5 days of the delivery date. The credit will be placed on your account once the merchandise is received. Prior to mailing your items back to us, please email us at theladyfits@gmail.com with the reason why your items are being returned. All returns are to be shipped back at the buyer’s expense (we do not provide prepaid return labels).
  • Cancellations: We cannot make any changes to orders once they have been placed in the system. They use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, and apartment numbers are critical to ensuring delivery.
  • Pre-Order Items: Pre-Order items are not in stock and do not ship immediately. Pre-Order items can take up to 3 weeks to ship.
